This "coaching before bodywork" is not a formality but the foundation of the work: it ensures that you always know what is happening, why it is happening, and that nothing happens without your consent. ## 1. Arriving and clarifying It starts with your concern: why are you here, what's on your mind, what do you wish for? You are seen as a person here — not as a "case" and not as a diagnosis. Your previous experiences and your wishes around touch also have their place here. For many men, this conversation alone is unfamiliar: speaking openly about sexuality, without judgement, without having to justify yourself. ## 2. Boundaries — yours and mine Before bodywork begins, the boundaries are set: what feels right today, and what doesn't? This applies to both sides. This jointly defined protected space is the foundation of everything — it's what makes it possible to let go in the first place. I work according to the 3-C rule: Confidential, Communication, Consent. Everything stays in the room, every step is discussed, nothing happens without consent. ## 3. Bodywork Depending on the brief, we work with breath, body awareness and mindful touch. Breathwork is part of every session — it's the most direct way out of the head and into the body. You set the pace; there's nothing to achieve and nothing to accomplish. Arousal may arise in the process — it's a normal bodily reaction, neither a goal nor a problem. ## 4. Integration and closing At the end, we discuss what you experienced and noticed. I also make my own perception transparent — what I sensed during the work, where your system holds a lot and where it holds little. What you take from that is up to you. If it fits, this is followed by a concrete impulse for everyday life: something to observe, breathe with, or try out until the next session. ## What you don't need to bring No prior experience, no "right" words for your concern, no finished plan. Even the question of whether you need to undress has a simple answer: no — you decide what feels right for you, and much of the work is entirely possible fully clothed.
