General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form the basis for all agreements regarding services between "sutter coaching house GmbH" (the practitioner) and its clients. The GTC can be viewed on the website www.sutter-coaching.ch. Agreement to these terms and conditions is required when booking an appointment and is deemed to have been accepted.

2. Scope of services and principles

The services offered (sexological bodywork and Sensual Touch Massage) are not medical treatments and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. All services are provided within the framework of mindful, respectful, and non-sexual body and energy work. None of the services include sexual services. Any expectation or demand for sexual acts will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Protection, boundaries, and mutual consent

All services are provided exclusively by mutual consent. Boundaries are clearly communicated and respected. The practitioner remains fully clothed throughout the entire sexological bodywork session. There is no mutual physical interaction or touching. Both the client and the practitioner have the right to interrupt or terminate a session at any time.

4. Health & responsibility

Clients undertake to provide truthful information about their physical and mental health. Participants must be of legal age. Treatments are carried out at your own risk. The services offered by sutter coaching house GmbH are aimed at clients who are physically and mentally capable of taking full responsibility for themselves. Emotional and/or psychological issues may arise as a result of releasing blockages. Clients decide for themselves whether they are mentally and physically capable of processing the service and the issues associated with it.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

sutter coaching house GmbH is bound by confidentiality. Personal information and experiences from treatments and coaching sessions are treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. Clients also undertake to respect the privacy of others and not to disclose any information outside the protected framework.

6. Sexological Bodywork - Massage Times

Sexological bodywork always includes a preliminary and follow-up discussion. For a 2½-hour session, the massage time is approximately 75 minutes. For a 2-hour session, it is approximately 60 minutes, and for a 90-minute session, it is approximately 45 minutes. If you arrive late, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly. The full fee is still payable.

7. Cancellations of treatments and coaching sessions

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 48 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged. If the appointment cannot be kept for reasons attributable to the practitioner (e.g., illness), sutter coaching house GmbH cannot be held liable for damages. There is no entitlement to the performance of the service.

8. Terms of payment

Prices are published on the website. Treatments must be paid for in cash (please bring the exact amount) or via Twint after the service has been provided.

9. Vouchers

Vouchers are transferable and valid for 2 years. Cash payments are not accepted.

10. Liability

sutter coaching house GmbH accepts no liability for the results and/or effects of a treatment or service. By accepting the terms and conditions, the client confirms that they are participating in coaching or treatment voluntarily and on their own responsibility. The session—if expressly agreed—may include unintentional, non-erotic touching in the genital area. This touching is solely for the purpose of somatic self-awareness and takes place within a safe, professional setting. It is a form of body-oriented education and experiential work. The client bears full responsibility for themselves and their actions within the booked service. Due to differing opinions on the services provided by sutter coaching house GmbH, no liability is assumed.

11. Data protection

Customer data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be used exclusively for billing and communication purposes. Health data is subject to special protection and will not be passed on to third parties.

12. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.

13. Changes to the GTC

sutter coaching house GmbH reserves the right to amend and change these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall be decisive.
