Leadership coach, dipl. sexological bodyworker ISSB® and men's worker in Lucerne. On this page you will find my path, my training and how I work with men.
My path and my approach
From the boardroom to bodywork
For over 25 years I worked in leadership, HR and organisational development — with people under pressure, in change processes and in difficult decisions. Again and again I saw the same pattern: men who function brilliantly with their heads and lose contact with their bodies in the process. That observation led me to bodywork.
How I work
Conversation comes before touch — always. We clarify your topic, your questions and what you want to experience. Only then does bodywork begin, at your pace and within clearly agreed boundaries. Breath, mindfulness and body awareness are part of every session. My work is educational and complementary: non-medical, non-therapeutic in the clinical sense and never a sexual service.
What you can expect from me
Clarity, discretion and a room without judgement. I meet every man at eye level — regardless of age, sexual orientation, relationship status or topic. Nothing you bring here is too small, too awkward or too unusual. Confidentiality, communication and consent are the ground rules of every session.
